We’ve got some home seller questions today. What happens if you want to sell your home and get that top dollar and you are able to sell your home,
but you have nowhere else to go? So one of the solutions that you can do is you can do what’s called a rent back or a lease back. And basically you can sell
your home today to that buyer. The buyer then will have to agree to lease or rent you back the home for a pre-specified amount of time. And that can be days,
weeks, months, whatever works for you and your situation. But if your buyers really wanting that home, you know, maybe you give them a little bit of a discount
off of the top, top market value that you’re going to get and you pay them a rent moving forward. So that offsets kind of the loss of use and it offsets the fact
