You just found out you have a job in another location and you have to leave by next week. Or maybe you can’t make your house payments and the bank’s calling, and you have to figure out what you have to do with your property, but you don’t actually have to sell it all the time. And so there are options that way. And we want to be able to explain to you what those options are and see what’s best for you and your actual lifestyle. Because, for example, let’s say that you’re a little short on your mortgage payments and you know you’re not going to be able to make those moving forward, but we can actually rent the property out for you and that rent that we could get, we may be able to help you break even. And so you can keep that property. And instead of getting that cash flow, you can actually have that property paid down for you over time.
So that may be an option that’s better for you than actually just outright selling the home. And of course, if you do need to just sell the home, we have the brokerage as well. And so we can help you with that. And if you do have to get out of here really quickly and you don’t have time to take care of everything yourself, we can always help you because we have a boots on the ground team that can actually get out to properties and fix things and provide you with picture evidence and videos.
