Remote Work

If you’re looking to work from home a little bit more during COVID, this was a big thing. And so now a lot of people are now looking at potentially having to go back into offices and what that will look like in the future. So for a lot of workers, in fact, 80% of workers that were surveyed by Zillow said that they would be willing to or wanting to work remotely, at least part of the time. And of those 80% of people, about 44% of those people said that they would be willing to look for a new job if they were not allowed to work remotely, at least a percentage of the time. I wanted to know kind of what do you think about that? Would you allow if you had a business, your employees, to be able to work remotely? Do you think it would be as efficient? And if you are willing to let them work remotely here and there, is it a day’s per week?
Is it hours per week type of thing, or is there a different criteria that you would have like and follow for more? Thank you. Take care.
