All right. So we’ve got some home seller questions today. What happens if you want to sell your home and get that top dollar and you are able to sell your home but you have nowhere else to go?
So one of the solutions that you can do is you can do what’s called a rent back or a leaseback.
Basically you can sell your home today to that buyer. The buyer then will have to agree to lease or rent you back the home for a pre specified amount of time. And that can be days, weeks, months, whatever works for you and your situation. But, if your buyer’s really wanting that home, you know, maybe you give them a little bit of a discount off of the top, top market value that you’re going to get and you pay them rent moving forward.
So that offsets kind of the loss of use and it offsets, you know, the fact that they still have a payment to make while they own the home.
