How are you doing today? This is Sunny with Synergy Real Estate and Property Management. We’re going to go over something that’s happening in Bakersfield, CA. This is a 115 acre master planned industrial office, and retail community being built across the street from the recently built Amazon facility and adjacent to the Meadows Field Airport in Bakersfield.

Why is this Important?

The reason we’re bringing this to your attention is because we think it’s really important this North side of Bakersfield is developing. It will be getting new hotels, industrial and retail buildings and drive-thru restaurants. There is also a Toyota dealership and a Harley Davidson dealership. All these things are happening in this small section of North Bakersfield.
